The best i have seen

Monica & Rafael was the best . Their team was excellent, we had one of the best wedding I have been to in my life . They make sure that the guest are comfortable and have the best stay without worrying about anything. If you need anything they easily provide it for you. They are welcoming and extremely hospitable. I recommend everyday

In one sentence: We would give Villa Alta even a 6th star if possible.

We celebrated our wedding at Villa Alta and had parts of our family staying some days before and later. Our overall experience was excellent. This was not only due to the place itself (which is a jewel) but also to the two owners (Monica and Raffaella) who helped us a lot with organising the wedding. For example, they suggested and put us in contact with external providers, while leaving the final choices to us and supported us from the beginning to the end.

There are many villas in that area that are suitable for weddings or family events. What convinced us with Villa Alta is that it not only has an amazing view (you can see the tower of Pisa at the horizon and sometimes even the sea) and surroundings but also a very nice and elegant interior. We stayed in the Aranci suite – which is very well renovated with a great tasteful bathroom. The other rooms are also very beautiful. Also our family members who stayed at the Villa praised the unforgettable experience, and the guests who attended the event were all really impressed by this fabulous place.

So all in all an amazing experience, which we strongly recommend. Thank you so much Monica and Raffaella!

Amazing Venue ❤️ Relaxation Guaranteed

Our family stayed at Villa Alta for a wedding nearby, the accommodation was excellent everything was provided, tasty breakfast and amazing views from the hill top position – Monica, Raffaela and their team were super friendly and always available. We all enjoyed our pasta party Welcome Dinner where they catered for 40 guests on the terrace with fabulous views and service. We also used their shuttle bus which seats 8 people for a trip into Pisa, airport pick up and drop off and transport to the wedding venue nearby. We would definitely recommend Villa Alta – a superb venue for all occasions.

Fantastic wedding in villa

We decided to celebrate our wedding in a historic villa in Tuscany and once we visited Villa Alta in Rigoli we immediately understood that it would be the ideal location for us. The villa has a spectacular view of Pisa, is surrounded by greenery, extremely clean, with attention to every detail and well maintained!

We celebrated our wedding (civil ceremony) on August 26th in the adjacent Italian garden and had dinner on the terrace with 100 guests. All the guests who attended the event were very impressed with this fabulous site.

The two owners (Monica and Raffaella) were truly professional, kind, friendly and helped us with the organization of the wedding (catering, lights, DJ).

The property also offers a swimming pool in which to relax, as we did before the wedding! The offer also includes bed and breakfast: fantastic room, well renovated, large and with sitting area, as is the breakfast, plentiful and varied (pancakes, croissants, pastries etc), much appreciated.

The quality/price ratio is truly excellent, very competitive!

The most beautiful villa & lovely ladies!!

Villa Alta was an incredible experience for my family and I for my wedding. Our family stayed here and hosted a few events around our wedding and in addition to the tremendous beauty that it offered, Rafaella and Monica were incredibly helpful and made it a beautiful experience through and through!! Highly highly recommend this gorgeous villa!!

“High Level” Villa

Villa Alta is amazing.

We immediately fell for its balance between the elegance of its architecture and the cosiness of its warm, pastel colors. We didn’t want a place which would turn out too cold, austere or dark.

Very easy too reach from Pisa, the Villa is a little bit elevated: a bus is provided, for a short one minute trip to the terrace, from which you can admire a view of the all city of Pisa (Tower included), its surrounding lands reaching the sea. The delightful terrace is also sourronded by mountains and a typical Tuscany landscape ( olive trees, lemmon trees). The adjacent Italian Garden, with its roses and statues of Cherubs, is a little jewel and a very good setting for photographs.

The Villa is made of many rooms, of different colors and very bright: a cheerful and diversified structure, allowing anybody who would need it ( groups of people, parents with children), to have a moment of intimacy, withouth being isolated. Ancient and historically important (here Chianti was invented), the Villa is nevertheless very well maintened, clean, flawless.

Monica e Raffaella were very professional, kind and friendly. They adapted to our specific needs and communication was always smooth and easy. They are very experienced and always ready, for who would need it, to give advice or provide contacts for other services. They speak English and have helped many international couples to get married in their Villa.

Guests were enthusiast. We had challenged the weather, having set the date for October 29th, but even on a cloudy day, the terrace showed a sky full of colors, beautiful, romantic shades.

Last but not least, a special mention to the Bed and Breakfast included in the offer. Spending the night in the Villa, discovering the little paths and views from the garden in the evening and in the morning after… all of this contributed to the uniqueness of the experience. Breakfast was rich and varied (pancakes, croissants, pastries, eggs …) : a final surprise, very much appreciated (brides are too nervous to eat during their wedding sometimes) , which ended the experience on a sweet note.

A Dream location, supplier and venue

I cannot express the love and gratitude we have for both Monica and Raffaella. From the moment we arrived they took us into their arms and gave us the grand tour of villa Alta. The gardens the, grounds, the history and interiors are utterly breath taking. The pool , hot tub and jacuzzi and outdoor gym is so stylish and surrounded by lemon and orange groves, it is the most picturesque venue I have ever stayed.

The breakfast every morning was all freshly baked and delicious and they even offer a chauffeur service for guest who do not drive.

We as family cannot wait to return yearly to our new Italian family. Villa Alta you have our heart!

Wedding perfection

When we first met Monica and Rafaella we immediately felt at ease with them. They are so accommodating, helpful, professional and we would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in Tuscany.

They were so knowledgeable with all aspects of wedding planning and a wealth of resources. They connected us with the local priest and church, the catering company, florist, photographer, hairdressers, make up artists and had solutions to every request we brought to them.

They are master organisers and ensured that all parts of our wedding went smoothly on the day. They made our family feel truly at home in Villa Alta and ensured that everyone had a special and memorable stay.

Matrimonio Villa Alta

Non ci sono le parole per descrivere Villa Alta. L’abbiamo scelta come location per il nostro matrimonio, ed abbiamo fatto la scelta giusta; è stato un matrimonio stupendo. I proprietari, Monica e Raffaella, sono persone meravigliose, ci hanno aiutato tantissimo per rendere il nostro giorno il più bello. La Villa è fantastica! Abbiamo fatto la cena sulla terrazza con una vista straordinaria per poi festeggiare sotto la luce della luna. Le camere erano bellissime e spaziose, per non parlare della suite matrimoniale che era proprio stupenda con la sua privacy e la vista mozzafiato. La struttura offre anche una piscina nella quale rilassarsi, come abbiamo fatto noi il giorno dopo le nozze.

Lo staff tutto è stato disponibile e gentile.

La cucina è di altissima qualità, un esempio per tutti: la carbonara memorabile abbinata a dell’ottimo vino. Siamo stati veramente fortunati a trovare questa location e la sceglierei altre 100 volte. Hanno reso incredibile il giorno più importante della nostra vita.

Villa Alta is a fascinating place with amazing surrounding and a staff that you just want to become a friend with. We just fell in love with the place and decided to spend one of the most important days of our life’s at this place – the welcome dinner to our wedding.

Monica and Rafaella are such a heroes! Planning the whole event for 100 people from Sweden went so smooth with their help. Ca 40 of our guests who staid Villa Alta enjoyed the stay so much that many of them prolonged their stay after our wedding weekend. I warmly recommend Villa Alta to anyone who wants to experience the Tuscany at its highest and still feel like home despite being away.
